Customize Firm Default Reminder Messaging

Access level: Firm Administrator

To customize your firms Client Feedback Tool Reminder Messaging, take the following steps:

1.       My Firm > Customize > Set Firm Standards and Settings

2.       Select Survey Reminder under Message Defaults

3.       Enter the desired Reminder text as you would like it to display to your clients

o   Click Save

Note: Selecting Apply to all firm members overwrites any changes made at the individual user level.
