User Permissions - Add or Update

Access level: Firm Administrator

To add or update user permissions in the Client Feedback Tool, take the following steps:

1.      My Firm > Users / Security

2.      In the blue ribbon, click on your desired selection

o   User Groups

  Firm Admin

  Firm Manager

  Disable User

o   Permissions

  Send Survey

  Send on Behalf

  Reply on Behalf

  Send Vendor Surveys

  View Vendor Results

  Send Company Employee Surveys

  View Company Employee Survey Results

  Access Data API

  Social Network Sharing

3.      Within each selected User Group or Permission Bucket:

o   Move the desired individual(s) to the right column

o   Click Update
