To Reset your Client Feedback Tool password, take the following steps:

1.       Go to the login screen at https://clientfeedbacktool.com/cft

2.       Click Password Help

3.       Enter your email address

4.       Click Submit

o   The system will send you an email and walk you through changing your password to a new one of your choosing.
