Add or Remove NPS Question from Template

Access level: Firm Administrator

To add or remove the Recommendation (NPS) question from a survey template, take the following steps:

1.       My Firm > Customize > Manage Survey Templates

2.       Choose the Template you want to customize for the Recommendation question by clicking on the Template Name

3.       Check or uncheck the Recommendation question

o   When checked, by default, it will appear on the feedback request to your clients

o   When unchecked, by default, it will not appear on the feedback request to your clients

Note that the steps above still allow the Survey Sender to add/remove the Recommendation question at the time of sending a feedback request.
