Create a Batch Report
Access level: Any Member
To create a batch of multiple favorite reports, take the following steps:
1. You must first identify and saved your desired reports as a Favorite Report
a. See how to document: Save Report as a Favorite
2. Select the File tab on any report
3. Select Batch Reports
4. Select New Batch
5. Identify the following:
a. Required: Select the reports on the Left you would like to include in your batch and move them to the Right
b. Optional: Identify if you would like to include the Answers Report
i. Check any or all boxes
ii. Identify the Sender level (Firm Surveys or selected Project Group
iii. Identify the Date Range
c. Optional: Iteration
i. You may choose to Iterate By: Project or by Sender
ii. You may choose to Collate by: Report (reports selected) or Selection (Iteration group)
d. Required: Report Name provide name for your report
e. Click Save
6. Your Batch Report now appears in the selection List
