Disable Users and Former Employees
Access level: Firm Administrator
To Disable a user / former employee in the Client Feedback Tool, take the following steps:
1. My Firm > Users / Security
2. Find the person whose Client Feedback Tool access needs Disabling
o Click the Edit button for that person
3. (Optional, but Recommended): click Edit to remove the user from any of the following sections that apply:
o User Groups
o Managed Project Groups
o Managed Projects
o Permissions
4. Once you have removed all Rights and Permissions from the user(s), Select User Groups
5. Add the Users / Former Employees you want to Disable to the right-hand window
o Click Update
Note: Once Disabled, the user / former employee no longer has access to their Client Feedback Tool account. All history for Disabled Members remains intact.
