Document Follow-up

Access level: Any Member

To Document Follow-up, take the following steps:

1.       Follow Up > Surveys needing follow-up

 

2.       Set the Filter(s) necessary to display the appropriate surveys

a.       Default view displays Score Range below 4.0

b.       Option to expand Score Range is available under Basic Filter in blue ribbon

 

3.       Identify the appropriate survey and click Follow Up

a.       This will take you to the Response Details report for that recipients responses

4.       At the bottom of the Response Details page, select the appropriate Follow-up Documentation method

a.       Document Follow-up

                                                               i.      This selection simply documents Follow-up notes and attaches them to the Response Details for the selected survey

b.       Send Follow-up

                                                               i.      This selection sends an email directly to the responder (from the user account you are logged in under) and is also attached to the Response Details for the selected survey

5.       Click Save

a.       The Follow-up now appears at the bottom the Response Details page

Note: Click on the Feedback follow-up strategy provided at the bottom of the Response Detail (Refine What Works in the image above) for helpful ideas when conducting the follow-up.
