Lock Down Add Remove of NPS Question from Template

Access level: Firm Administrator

To Lock down Add/Remove of Recommendation Question, take the following steps:

1.       Follow steps 1 - 3 from Add/Remove Recommendation (NPS) Question

2.       Check or uncheck Do not allow Survey Sender to add/remove NPS

o   When checked, a survey sender cannot add/remove the Recommendation question for a feedback request

o   When unchecked, a survey sender can choose to add/remove the Recommendation question for a feedback request
