Lock Down Add Remove of Questions from Template

Access level: Firm Administrator

To Lock down Add/Remove of Questions from a survey template, take the following steps:

1.       My Firm > Customize > Manage Survey Templates

2.       Choose the Template you want to customize by clicking on the Template Name

3.       Check or uncheck Do not allow Survey Sender to add/remove questions

o   When checked, a survey sender cannot add/remove any question for a feedback request

o   When unchecked, a survey sender can choose to add/remove any question for a feedback request
