Signature Logo Types

Permission level: Firm Administrator

Linked (HTML) requires the logo to be located on the Client Feedback Tool server (with the upload function) and is linked within the email

• Pros: the email is just html and the email size is small.
• Cons: needs internet to show the image which is located on a server.

Embedded is like adding picture within Outlook. Even if there is no connection to the Client Feedback Tool server the image is in the email. 

• Pros: the image goes along with the email and once received it does not need internet to visualize it.
• Cons: the email size is bigger because it contains an image file and when forwarded remains with it.

Why we offer both: There is no 'best' choice for which is better for SPAM filters. Thus, we leave this decision to our users.
