Add New User - Manually

Access level: Firm Administrator

To manually add a New User to your firm, take the following steps:

1.       My Firm > Users / Security

2.       Select Add+

3.       Enter New User's email address

o   Click Add

4.       Enter:

o   First Name

o   Last Name

o   Uncheck Send Invitation

o   Assign Generic password and confirm it

o   Click Add
