Send a Feedback Request - Step 1 Detail
Each selection available within Step 1 of the Send a Feedback Request process is provided below.
Show Contact Groups: Provides a view of the Contact Groups already created within your firms account
Show Contacts: Provides a view of the Contacts already created within your firms account

Create a new contact: If your contact is not already listed, you can choose to add them to your firms account. You will be prompted to enter their First Name, Last Name, Email and Client / Company.
Save this recipient list as a group: if you are sending to multiple people and plan to send to the same individuals as a group in the future, you may choose to create a Contact Group for them. You will be prompted to enter the Group Name you wish to apply to this recipient list.
Import contacts from a file: It is recommended that this function be completed by your firms Client Feedback Tool Firm Administrator.
Manage Contacts and Groups: This directs you to the entire list of contacts for your firm where you can edit their contact information. It is recommended that this process be completed by your firms Client Feedback Tool Firm Administrator.
